The firing temperature reached in our reactors is about 130 degrees.
The Berti Group toasting process mainly concerns soy. Its high oil and protein content, together with the quality of the seed and its high palatability and digestibility of the toasted product, make it particularly suitable in feed for young and poultry animals.
The high digestibility of the cereal by livestock determines, also, appreciable results in terms of production and quality of the meat.
Berti Group is directly involved in the design and construction of all the machinery used in the toasting process, guaranteeing high quality standards.
